What the forms collect
The contact and support forms send your name, email address, message and, if you provide them, organisation, phone number, callback times and selected services. A hidden anti-spam field and your consent confirmation are also sent. We use this only to answer your enquiry or provide the requested service.
Hosting and mail processing
Forms are processed by a script on our web host and passed to the host's mail system to reach our mailbox. The host and mail provider therefore process the data on our behalf. Like most web servers, the host may keep technical server logs.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the form script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter for up to fifteen minutes in temporary server storage. Expired files are removed when later requests are processed. The message itself is not stored by the script.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting service and legal obligations. The owner must confirm the actual retention policy; no fixed period is stated here.
Cookies and local storage
This site installs no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. When you choose "Accept necessary" or "Reject optional", that choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so the banner does not reappear. If storage is blocked, the banner may simply show again.
